Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be well-versed in the construction industry as well as highly driven to tackle new business opportunities. You must have experience of building new client relationships and expanding market opportunities across our region. The BD Manager will serve as a visible ambassador of the McFarland brand cultivating strong relationships across public agencies, corporate clients, developers, engineers, and industry partners. This individual must be hungry, humble, and smart, results-oriented, and capable of operating both independently and collaboratively within a growth-focused team.
